Who we are:

We are the Canadian Peoples' Union NFP.  A member and donor-funded Canadian not-for-profit, whose aim is to unite the Citizens and Indigenous People of Canada for a Constitutional Correction to place our Collective Civil and Political Rights where they belong, as the Collective Head of State.

When the legal basis for us processing your personal data is that you have provided your consent to that processing, you may withdraw your consent at any time.  If you withdraw your consent, it will not make the processing which we completed before you withdrew your consent unlawful.

Legal Basis for Processing:

We collect and process only the personal data provided under the Convention of Consent.  All personal data from the Convention of Consent is kept in compliance with Canada's Privacy Information Act as well as HIPPA.

Personal Data We Collect:

We only collect data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy.  

Contact and Membership forms:

If you submit a Contact Us or Membership Form on our site, your name, email address, and any other details you provide will only be used to contact you as requested. The information submitted via the Membership Form will be added to our membership database and used to send you our newsletter, meeting invitations, and deliver other benefits of membership. You can unsubscribe at any time, whereupon your information will be deleted from our database.

What rights you have over your data.


If you have a membership with CPU generated via this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Cookie Policy
