There may be a few reasons:
1 - Is your CPU Membership current? By this we mean, did you remember to renew it or it is past its renewal date?
2 - Did you cancel your CPU Membership by not renewing it?
3 - Did you become a CPU Member with a paid membership, or did you set up a FREE website account as PowerShift Supporter?
4. Do you remember there being any issues with your Membership payment?
Now...after all this...
IF you are a CPU Member with an up-to-date paid membership and are having issues accessing the CPU Membership areas on our website and Forum, please contact us using the contact section of the website (found at the bottom of this page) or you can bypass that and send us an email at contact@thepowershift.ca Put "CPU Membership is not Active on the website, please check" in the subject line so our volunteers know what to check for. Please also provide the user name and email you used for setting up your website account (log-in account setup). Thanks!
Another thing that has come up for a few people now.... Did you create a PowerShift Supporter Account (your login Account) first, and then a while later become a CPU Member using a different email?
If you did this, your "CPU Membership Account Settings" won't automatically follow or link to your existing login Account.
This means you won't have access to the CPU Member areas like groups and files from your login account.
The best way to fix this....
Delete your existing login Account and set up a new one using the same email you used to become a CPU Member. This should automatically fix everything right away.
There is no way for us to link 2 login accounts with different emails...and to have access to all the areas you're paying for, you need to be using the email you used for your CPU Membership.
