USA Supreme Court ruling against the mandates could also be used as a precedent to help sue the Canadian Governments and businesses who enforce mandates in Canada.

The Canadian Peoples Union Board of Directors, and PowerShift to Freedom volunteers are thrilled that the US Supreme Court blocked President Biden's vaccine, or testing requirement for large businesses, but allowed the vaccine mandate for certain types of health care workers on January 13th, 2022.

The creation of the Canadian government’s Horizon.gc.ca website, also shed’s light in identifying as to why Justin Trudeau, the provincial governments, and both Ministers of Justice Jody Wilson Raybould, and her replacement as Minister of Justice, and Attorney General, David Lametti, were involved in trying to remove the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act from the Criminal Code of Canada. The Genetic Non-Discrimination Act serves to protect Canadians from genetic discrimination since 2017.

From our findings, the purpose of their efforts was to give the provinces "carte blanche" in the control over DNA laws within their provincial jurisdiction. The history surrounding the court case involved is extremely interesting, and in fact helps expose the lengths that our federal, and provincial governments have gone through prior, and considering the COVID-19 pandemic launch.

Our research also served to better understand the Canadian and provincial governments questionable actions, since the virus could not reproduce an infection past the Immune cells which was shown in the Canadian SARS-CoV-2 COVID-19 Isolation in March of 2020.

The Canadian SARS-CoV-2 Isolation further used by the CDC, and the fact that the UK, and other countries could not claim SARS-C0V-2 as a High Consequence Infectious Disease (HCID) as of March 2020, indicates criminal malfeasance which warrants further investigation.
