We get asked this a lot...so here is the answer...
The PowerShift Solution is not a "Freemen on the Land Movement" or "Sovereign Citizen Movement" or anything to do with pseudo law movements that are popping up everywhere in Canada that are about replacing existing laws and governments in Canada with their won...aka...a coup.
We don't encourage people to not follow law...or to pay us $$$ to learn about their rights.
What you signed...the Convention of Consent...is a legal document that will demonstrate that you have united with everyone else in Canada that signs...in wanting your collective right to self-determination and self-governance.
Basically...our collective civil and political rights to hold those we elect accountable and to give them direction on what we want to be done in our own country...not just by voting every 4 years...but by regular communication and action...with us, the constituents they are to answer to.
You are already a Citizen of Canada, or an Indigenous person of Canada aged 15 or older in order to sign.
As a Citizen or Indigenous person of Canada you own your own government and land (sovereign). You don't need to sign anything to be a sovereign citizen...you already were by birth. What you are now doing...and with the PowerShift Solution is doing...is uniting all Citizens and Indigenous People of Canada for our collective civil and political right to be the Collective Head of State in our own Constitution...the law of our land. It is key to removing colonialism in our governance...once and for all.
A native or naturalized person who owes allegiance to a government and is entitled to protection from it. Example: She was an American citizen but lived most of her life abroad.
A member of a state.
An inhabitant of a city or town especially one entitled to the rights and privileges of a freeman.
A civilian as distinguished from a specialized servant of the state. Example: Soldiers were sent to protect the citizens .
A person who lives in a particular place. Example: The citizens of Boston
This is the definition I found
I Read somewhere that the word citizen is used to mean those people who are part of the "gouvernement" on place which we are trying to change or get out of un order to have a legitimate gouvernment.
I believe we are all born free. I’m thinking you are fine. First, we are the people, who are owners of our country. We each have one vote( our voice), we vote and the party that wins the most votes become our elected representative to government our country on our behalf. They are there to serve the people not their own agendas
I’m not we’ll versed on that but I’m sure someone will tell you in the group. I was told all I need to have in my procession is social insurance number and a birth certificate. That’s in case you have to prove you are Canadian. Your file is a number, they don’t share your personal info. If asked if we have enough signatures they may check. If that happens an executive would check with you, then sign an affidavit to validate the governments request. Remember they do not share our information. Best to contact Nicole or Rhonda. I’m still learning
I am a citizen of Canada, but not by birth, but rather through the naturalization process. Am I still a sovereign citizen by your definition?
How does the voting process work in regards to the direct democracy we will have.?
you were born sovereign with no paper attached
sovereign citizen is a contradiction that will wind you up in big trouble literally you can not be both. they are polar opposites. you can't be free and enslaved to the government corporation at the same time!
