I filled in my Convention of Consent and was told I'd get a signed copy to keep for my files.
Where is it? I didn't get it, can I get another copy?
Depending on what device you used to sign up (computer, tablet, smartphone) you would have been given options that included: 1. Receiving your copy via email 2. Downloading your copy to your device
Via Email
If you chose to receive a copy via email, it would have been sent to the email you used when signing your Convention of Consent, the email will come from PDFfiller. It might be in your "spam" or "junk" folder.
If it is not in your inbox, spam or junk folders, simply use the "contact us" section on our website to let us know. We understand that many "spam" or "junk" folders automatically delete all emails after 30 days. When you contact us we will need to know your name, address and the email you used when you filled in your Convention of Consent.
NOTE: for the privacy of your information only 1 person handles these requests, and yours will be forwarded to them. It could be a few days to a few weeks before you are forwarded another copy. **Check your email folders first for anything from "PDFfiller" because if it is there, that will be faster than waiting for a copy to be resent.**

You will have to check the "folders" on your device. It will more than likely be in the download folder. The file will have "PDFfiller" (or some variation of this) in the filename. If you cannot find it after looking, simply use the "contact us" section on our website to let us know. We understand that many "spam" or "junk" folders automatically delete all emails after 30 days.
